"Pheacia" joined our fleet in the fall of 2000 with some new and updated equipment which includes air conditioning, G.P.S. and an autopilot.  She will sleep seven.  This vessel will be chartered bareboat (without crew) and fully found less food, fuel and ice.

At least one individual must be qualified and demonstrate proficiency in the handling of the vessel.  Crew will be provided at an extra charge, if desired.

ENGINE: Yanmar 76hp  diesel, fresh and raw water cooled, raw water strainer, fuel filters, controls on pedestal, full engine instrumentation, wheel steering.

ELECTRICAL: Central air & heat, 110V shore power, hot water heater, 110V outlets, battery charger, Inverter, 110V holding plate refrigeration and deep freeze.  2 Large house  batteries, 1 engine start battery.

SAILS AND RIGGING: Sloop rig, in mast furling main, roller furling genoa, self-tailing winches, solid vang.
