ELECTRICAL: 110V system with hot water heater, air conditioning & heat, automatic battery charger, outlets throughout, 12V system with three batteries.

SAILS AND RIGGING: Mainsail and main cover, 142% genoa on a roller furling system. Self-tailing winches.  Boom vang.
